3 hours waiting for that call
The driver called dispatch and informed that the shipper damaged products during loading. The product trailer was leaking or dripping. They signed and noted the BOL with comments and said the receiver would take care of this with no problem. At the receiver, when unloading, they discovered the damaged product and refused to continue unloading until the driver re-stock cleaned and pulled the damaged product out of the trailer. My opinion is that this is not the way to treat carriers. It is wrong to force drivers to clean up their own mess.
'3 hours and 30 minutes to get you loaded. 3.5 this facility used to be one of the best. Now they are average.
