I agreed to have Camelix Transport LLC transport my daughter's car from North Lauderdale, FL to Waxahachie, TX. The agreement was to be picked up on 5/18/26 and delivered on 5/20/26. They asked for $250 more, and I agreed, only because they guaranteed my car to be delivered 5/20/26, and I was desperate to get her car to her ASAP. After I assigned the booking to them, they said they could no longer deliver to the agreed-upon location in Waxahachie, TX, and that I needed to find another drop-off location. Luckily, I know someone in Irving, TX, that allowed me to use their job location only if it was delivered by 5/20/26 before 5pm. The dispatcher said yes, not a problem, so we moved forward. They picked up the car on 5/18/26 as agreed, but they did not leave town until over 24 hours later.
