We completed our brokerage services for Load ID 301288791. The agreed broker fee of $70 remains unpaid. After the load was completed, I followed up regarding the payment, and I was told that it would be sent. However, I never received it. When I continued following up, my calls and messages were ignored, and my phone number was eventually blocked, leaving no way to resolve the issue.
I am sharing this experience to make other brokers aware and encourage them to verify payment arrangements before doing business with this company.
